  • The old Pine trail is great for a family, including children. The trail has potable water, is shaded and borders a stream of crystal clear water. We planted a tree there. Worth doing!

  • The central region is well but, the entries are not easily identified to, has no guidance plates. Care for the environment must be the flag of the whole population (natives and visitors) saw garbage in many areas that should be preserved, out trees cut down. In the whole region which is of Serra there is much destruction, construction of houses with debris near, areas that suffered burned, etc. The city of Camanducaia don't strive to preserve, Monte Verde will lose too, tourism is important but it has to be sustainable!

  • The trail is very nice. Anyone can do it. The biggest difficulty may be the bridge at the beginning of the input 1 (5 being 2 close to the airport and 2 more in the side) which is the closest to the central street and pine. Unfortunately very little is disclosed. We discovered the existence of attraction. In addition to the pine for a source of drinking water. The tour is pretty good and worth it. Unfortunately there are no signs directing about pinheiro and deduce that it is due to the thickness of the trunk and stepped around. We run the risk that we are embracing and photographing the wrong tree. Some said that the Centennial 250 years have Araucaria other 500. An informative card would be welcome. A good tip is to harness and stretch the ride to the airport and take a picture next to the sign that tells you it is the highest airport of Brazil
