Mangue Seco Beach, Mangue Seco

(4.4/5 based on 750+ reviews on the web)
Small and charmingly rustic, the fishing village of Mangue Seco Beach lies at the tip of a peninsula formed by the Rio Real on one side, and the Atlantic Ocean on the other. Sandy trails connect a few scattered homes, locally-run guesthouses and restaurants, and a tiny, typical Brazilian church. To get from the village, on the river bank, to the ocean, you cross a vast expanse of tall, white sand dunes, perfect for dune buggies. The beach itself is wide and flat, and the warm shallows stretch out far into the sea. Despite the area's fame, its beaches having featured in a well-known telenovela, the extra effort required to access it keeps the tourist crowds at bay; it is easy, therefore, to find a stretch of beach all to yourself. • Mangue seco beach is where the boats and speedboats across the headland to mangue seco. Is a pretty village rustico without great structures. But it's worth it for the look of the nature which is very generous. The buggy ride is good ... ....

  • I went down to the beach from the bag and hired a boat to go in Mangue Seco, arriving at Mangue Seco did the buggy ride in the dunes, the visual is really beautiful, went to the beach of Mangue Seco and finally we were walking on foot to discover the city. We know the little church of the novel and also CONTACT her house in the novel, that today runs a small shop that sells snack, coffee, candy and craft.
