  • This beach has restricted access for cars, if you are on foot you can go smoothly, calm waters and wonderful view

  • Beautiful beach (it's a strip of sand not so large). To enter, the security guard will ask where you're going. tell me you're going to visit the beach. You don't have to cheat that is resident or known of resident. They allow your entry, but will guide the place where you should park your vehicle in the area to visitors. The houses are beautiful. Spot clean. Not enough car there, because everyone must cross the tracks to get the houses and the beach. Paradisiacal place. It is worth visiting. Clean water and the kids thanks you, because it's pretty tame the waves. I enjoyed and come back if possible.

  • Very small beach of calm water. The parking lot during the Carnival is complicated, the cars have to be in the BR because the access slope is taken first thing in the morning. There is no power options. After all, ends up being a good option because it's less crowded during the holiday.

Where to stay in Mangaratiba

Given the attractive coastal location, it's no surprise that Mangaratiba's accommodations cling the seaside and focus far more on looking out than staying in. Stick to the coastal roads and you'll see pretty much every lodging option here, with choice mainly limited to low-rise hotels. These vary in terms of amenities, size, and cost; expect to pay more for those with a demarcated area of private beach. Pre-booking is essential, because of the relatively small number of options available.
