Sonho Verde Beach, Maceio
(4.3/5 based on 480+ reviews on the web)
Sonho Verde Beach's unusual name--"Green Dream"-- comes from its tranquil, green waters, which are so clear that you can see all the way to the bottom. Also distinctive are the groves of coconut trees, which provide ample shade for you to stretch out on one of the many wooden beach chairs. Unlike the busier urban beaches frequented by tourists, Sonho Verde Beach has a reputation for being quiet and peaceful. A nearby village provides refreshments, beach supplies, and anything else you might need for a relaxing day in paradise. By using our Maceio tourist route planner, you can arrange your visit to Sonho Verde Beach and other attractions in Maceio.

  • Usually visit the afternoon and sunset is wonderful. It's not very busy, calm waters, good for fishing.

  • Sensational views. Beach of calm waters, then hit with young children. I played a lot of ball and ran far behind my little son. At low tide, with careful not we're wounded in the stones, we can walk to sea and explore some animals that live in the corals. It's good to bring food or make do with the simplicity of the local stalls. The place is more often frequented by the residents of the region than by tourists from afar.

  • Calm waters, some peddlers pass selling foods, acarajé in place is weak, not worth it. Ideal to spend the morning enjoying the beach.
