An important part of the city’s rich heritage, Ruinas do Farol de Imbetiba/ Farol Velho was built of stone in 1880. The lighthouse once watched over the safety of passing freighter vessels, ensuring them safe entry into and exit out of these waters.   • Place split the tip of praia de Imbetiba next to the port with the same name and the beach. With a view to taking the breath on sunny days and calm sea. Not recommended to the bath or the visitation in days of hangover and sea, making the site dangerous due the strong waves that hit the spot.

  • Worth knowing the old lighthouse. With the bike path built by PETROBRAS in 1994, worth the Bike Ride. Recommend going alone.
