  • Place to visit in the city. Right in the Center. Next to the Museum of immigration. I don't recommend the walk the night.

  • Beautiful Mall, full of tall palm trees and many other small flowers and shrubs. Links between the more trade in the region and the street where I was staying, close to the museums of the immigrant. Recommend.

  • Rua das Palmeiras, birthplace of the city of Joinville along the Immigration Museum are part of the Basic script of any visitor to the city. However, despite the historical significance to the city and why not for the whole Northern region of Santa Catarina, Rua das Palmeiras needs care and attractive. The central location is a facilitator, but the lack of infrastructure or guides the visitor make the street of Palms just a ticket to the Museum of the immigrant. It is important to know the history where he walks and not simply the natural beauty of the Royal Palms from the city centre.

  • Amazing place
  • Show
  • One of the main sights of Joinville and the best known, is located in the central area of the city. The access is not difficult, however depending on the time traffic is very intense in the region. Is a very beautiful, but it would be better if it were better be careful, because some buildings on the sides are not well cared for and end up ruining the landscape. At the end of rua das Palmeiras is the Museum of immigrants, another point that deserves visiting.

  • Brüstlein lane was originally planted in the 1870 as input to the company Domaine Dona Francisca and residence of your administrator, Mr. Frederick Brüstlein. With Palm trees of up to 100 m in height the Alameda is geographical reference of the city and one of the most beautiful postcards of Joinville.

  • Nice place, but the poorly made revitalization of the street form several pools of water. There are abandoned buildings on the outskirts and drug users.

Where to stay in Joinville

Despite not drawing in a particularly large number of tourists, Joinville has a useful mix of budget, mid-range, and luxury options to suit travelers on all budgets. Many of the city's accommodations are geared toward businesspeople, with most hotels concentrated around the city center and offering clean and efficient lodging. Budget options typically consist of hotels of varying quality, although if you reserve in advance you may be able to secure a bed in the city's lone youth hostel. If you don't need to be close to the city center for business reasons, look to stay a bit further west in one of several hotels near Parque da Expoville.
