The beach is quite small. Has only cochas and stones and you better get footwear at low tide. Access is to the right of the beach of dreams, walking the rocks, always on the right. A great place to admire the scenery. In days post hangover has more shells. Don't expect to find shells enoooormes, because these shells are brought by the waves. It's amazing the amount of shells there. We took some, but it is possible to buy a bag of shells (biggest and best) of the craftsmen.

The beach is a ticket to bed of Anchieta, a brief stop for the photos. You cannot swim or extend a yoke to enjoy, just a stop for photos

Where to stay in Itanhaem

As you'd expect in a town popular for its beaches, the greatest number of accommodations in Itanhaem do their best to get as close to the golden sands and sea as possible. These range from upmarket beach club hotels and resorts offering private beaches and bars with sea views, to simple, unfussy bed and breakfasts located beachside. Follow the river inland to find resort-style accommodations surrounded by the lush vegetation and tropical feel of the Atlantic Forest. To get out into the region's formidable rural areas, consider staying at one of the motels along Rodovia Padre Manoel da Nobrega, the main road for heading in and out of town.
