Where to stay in Itanhaem

As you'd expect in a town popular for its beaches, the greatest number of accommodations in Itanhaem do their best to get as close to the golden sands and sea as possible. These range from upmarket beach club hotels and resorts offering private beaches and bars with sea views, to simple, unfussy bed and breakfasts located beachside. Follow the river inland to find resort-style accommodations surrounded by the lush vegetation and tropical feel of the Atlantic Forest. To get out into the region's formidable rural areas, consider staying at one of the motels along Rodovia Padre Manoel da Nobrega, the main road for heading in and out of town.

  • The beach of Cibratel is wonderful. I'm living in Itanhaém to 4 months and she is to me one of the best beaches for here. The area of rocks where you can see the high waves break very close to the people, the morro do Costão/Paranambuco, with a view not to be missed: the city and the sea. In order ... ´ Is not filled with kiosks ', is quiet. Really delicious.

  • I went in low season with my mother, without a car, in October 2007. I enjoyed because I found exactly what I wanted: Sun, Sea/Beach quiet and clean sands. Relax and have fun the way we thought.
