Rua do Meio, Ilhabela

(550+ reviews on the web)
Landmark Tourist Spot
Rua do Meio literally translates to “the middle road”, which is perfect considering it’s located right in the center of the town. A pedestrian street full of restaurants, cafes, and ice cream parlors is an ideal setting for a stroll after the beach. Listen to live music at one of the many bars or get comfy on one of the benches and people watch. Be sure to try the famous coconut popsicles at Sorveteria Rocha, a traditional ice cream shop. Buy a few souvenirs for yourself or loved ones at one of the many shops. Plan your visit to Rua do Meio and a wealth of other attractions, well-known and undiscovered, using our Ilhabela vacation builder.
