Cabras Island, Ilhabela
Categories: Islands, Nature & Parks
A little gem of a getaway, Cabras Island is a snorkeler’s dream. You can rent gear on the island and the staff aren’t picky about where you use it, as long as it's returned intact. Reef fish populate the waters that surround the island, swimming in schools and hiding among the rocks that make up the island’s foundation. Arrive in the morning to miss the crowds, then you can enjoy the beaches and greenery in peace. Rent a kayak and paddle your way around the island to get a view of the coast before heading inland for a snack.
