  • Place where you can be seen a bit of the historical city of Holambra, know a little more about the pioneers of growing flowers in the region and the means of production used at the time of the arrival of the first immigrants mainly from Holland.

  • Is a small museum, which has some great detail the brief history of the city and its first citizens, Dutch immigrants. Has a collection of objects to large, considering the age of the city, and a lot of information about the habits and customs of the locals. There is also a quick video documentary, approximately 15 minutes long, that I recommend that be assisted. To access the exhibition, a symbolic fee is charged per person.

  • For those who love story this museum is fascinating. Is located in front of the Lake, in a property where Holambra began. The layout is more or less like a flower, with crumb and petals. The core is an exhibition of agricultural machinery, clogs and a barrel organ. Around this core has two rustic cottages with preserved furniture, a lounge and a small church. The lounge has the "start running" with panels of pictures of the first immigrants and families, and short texts explaining how the town was organizing. Interesting is that the business of flowers it seems only began no more why would forward (lost virtually all planting cotton, peanuts and cattle). At the end of the corridor has panels with facts about the Netherlands, plus a 15-minute video about Holambra. All very organized and well preserved. Five-star tour.

  • Holambra and not was visited the Museum???? Missed a great opportunity to get to know the real story of the community. For those who like vintage objects is the perfect place to have contact with really old objects. All preserved in detail. Visit, then have a drink right there!! On Sunday a "breakfast" that actually goes to the afternoon. Visit the Museum, have lunch in the restaurant of the Club and eat breakfast at the Museum's restaurant. Walk like this just in Holambra.

  • Very well maintained Museum. Gives us the opportunity to know the history of Holambra in great detail. Several pieces of household utensils, agricultural tools, decorative items is a Rico photographic collection at the time of the arrival of the first Dutch families in the region give us an idea of how they were organized. I had the opportunity to meet Yan, one of the founders of the Museum we received way super attentive. Worth the visit!

  • For those who like to see a museum with the rustic time and with patience to study and read. Only setback was the clerk who despite polite, knew little of the culture.
