Where to stay in Guarulhos

The most popular accommodations in the city are hotels, with a good set of established brand names offering comfortable rooms, from mid-range to luxury, in the Centro district. The same is true by the airport, with many conveniently located chain hotels. Elsewhere in the city, find rental apartments, ideal for those wishing to stay in town for a longer period. The main roads leading out of the city to the north offer good options for regional explorers, with plenty of budget motels on offer.

  • A beautiful tree-lined square, where there is a replica of the Maria Fumaça used on the railroad that once served the municipality. The Maria fumaça was originally sold to a junkyard and that other, similar, is in a State of total abandonment, rusty, pinned ... anyway ... walking to great strides to become scrap. Do not recommend to visit her at night because the site is wilderness.

  • A beautiful environment to get a fresh air of the trees and total security because there is a municipal guard.

  • I believe that this square was more frequented than these days. I spent part of my childhood playing this locomotive. Unfortunately, vandals have taken over her a little but the GCM side base helped maintain the Park.
