  • The trail is about 30 minutes up the Hill. To access simply enter through the left bank of the river of the mother and follow the signs. The trail is very quiet and the final part which is a little steeper, but accessible to all ages. Take the pedestrian path as there are stretches with stones, mud, twigs, etc. On top, the space is reduced and involves about of 10 people, so choose a schedule and quietest day. Bring water, a light snack and good pictures!

  • The trail of the vulture's stone is easy to find. The left side of the beach is just follow the path. Has signs indicating the way. The trail itself is half pulled because there comes a point that becomes the first trial and you will need the hands. Do the tennis, because of slippery slipper and may even break. When you reach the stone she is small, and there are a lot of people up there, so you will have to wait to be able to take pictures. The view is great and takes the entire beach. It's worth it.

  • The trail to the rock has precarious identification, so go carefully. There are steep sections and will need the support of the hands, so avoid taking we get the hands. Never make this slipper trail as it can slip. Is very worthwhile. Is a sensational place.

  • Very beautiful place, upstairs see all guarda do Embaú and Prainha, a spectacular sight. The walk takes around 25 minutes, is an ascent mainly from the first trial pro medium well end, having many rocks on the way, with many slippery besides if it rains one day before most of the road is slippery and dangerous. The last 50 meters are the most dangerous where caution should be doubled. It is advisable to get shoes suitable for greater safety, grip and protection of feet.

  • Thirty minutes perfect, but she is overweight because it is real steep when it reaches the end, light water, use light clothes and avoid rainy weather. Take care with the jararacas if too early in the morning. I'm in love with this track!
