  • I was at the turn of the year and it was good to get away from the massive crowd the beaches more crowded. There are some beautiful old houses there and few people, no one with speakers pumping as far as I saw. Has no structure, take your water, cover and let go.

  • This is really a tourist beach. You can access the trail from praia do bat or by the beach, but has a gate at the entrance and say that sometimes the residents of surrounding areas close the gate and cannot enter. The water, mainly the Second Beach, is crystalline and super cold, but is very worthwhile. There are a few stalls selling food drink, so if you do not want is not need to take a lot. For those who like to mess, you can have a barbecue on the beach in the shade of the chestnut trees. For those who want to have fun in the high season has banana ride =)

Where to stay in Guarapari

Unsurprisingly, most of the best accommodations in Guarapari lie within a stone's throw of the beach. Just north of the city center, the neighborhood of Praia do Morro offers the largest choice of accommodations, thanks to its proximity to the city's kilometer-long (0.62 mi) curved beach. For luxury options, stay in one of the high-rise hotels on the shorefront, or for budget accommodations, head a few streets back from the water. You can also find plenty of options in the city center and, just to the west, in Parque de Areia Preta.
