Pico Alto, Guaramiranga

(4.2/5 based on 480+ reviews on the web)
Looming above the smallest town of the northeastern state of Ceará is Pico Alto, the highest mountain in the region. At 1,114 meters (3,655 ft), the peak is part of the Serra de Baturité, home to a diverse community of plants and animals. Trek to the top for a panoramic view of the verdant Baturité range. The observation point at the top can be accessed by a well-kept footpath or asphalt road. The climb is quite steep, so proper shoes are a must. This part of the country is famous for its temperate climate and lush green scenery. Strong wind gusts are possible at the top, though, so warm clothing for hikers is highly recommended. • The view from the peak is beautiful, but the place doesn't have much structure to receive tourists. Access is bad, signs to reach the place is not very good. Could have more structured Diner, someone to approve people.

  • The site posssui a beautiful view and only saw. However, and a place of difficult access, a very dangerous road. The view and beautiful and very dangerous, the place doesn't have any kind of marking or personnel to receive visitors.

  • The view is amazing, but the site itself could have a more sumptuous, if invested in viewpoints and eateries there. is abandoned. You go alone, has a trail around some abandoned antennas, with some gazebo without woods grown. But the risk of an accident, fall, exists. Not if you do not enter the narrow track. Worth the visit. Yields pictures, and a cold wind hot.
