  • I visited the factory of Lugano on day 28 February. I was disappointed by the superficiality of the visit. We enter a large hall with walls of glass where you can see the production and nothing else. Lasts 5 minutes and direct to the store. The chocolates are fantastic! in my opinion, the best.

  • No big deal! However, it's worth a visit because eh well cute shop/factory. The price is not the best and the taste nothing out of the ordinary. But the best lawn even failing to differentiate a candy bar to another, it seemed everything ' equal '.

  • I thought the visit very nice, but I expected more. The purpose of the visit is to meet the chocolate manufacturing process, but that's not exactly what happened. The clerk seemed unprepared and didn't know how to explain right, simply was pointing saying what some machines made at random, without following the manufacturing process. The only thing she knew how to explain was about the products, becoming clear the purely commercial interest of the brand. The chocolate and very good and we received many samples before you buy. The parking lot has few vacancies. How to buy over 250 real, won two tickets to the world of Chocolate, which is in the Center.
