  • This visit is part of the Colonial Roots trip that visits 5 diferrent places in one afternoon. I did all the trip available in Gramado and I consider this one as the best. It not only shows old houses...  more »
  • The House outside is cute, we enter with car in the parking lot but there was no one for us to meet. And two dogs, funds seemed meek, but in case I preferred not to risk. Then I read that they only meet with tourist agency. I thought a shame because it seems to be a place of a lot of history.

  • The place is beautiful and the House is great, in the past, since it depicts the typical dwellings of the early colonization of lawn.

  • Situated in the beautiful line, one of the most beautiful points of Gramado, a rural area of a nondescript landscape that brings us back to many European scenarios. This historical house was built by the family Ferrari at the end of the 19th century, the House retains all the tradition of that era, is sensational the historical wealth and the existing details in this House, unlike say the comments, when the Lady Elizabeth is, yes you can know all the inside of the House. Impressive conservation status of furniture and tools, things that I just witnessed on television, a historic dive in our colonial roots. The wisdom of this lady and your story brings priceless knowledge. Worth the ride, the landscaping, all worth it and the best: it's free! ;) Highlights: historical Wealth, knowledge gained from the stories of Elizabeth Dna, freeness, landscaping.

  • Beautiful place, as well as the mill ... But unfortunately I could not meet the House, because the day I went was closed without any release on door and according to the local tourist information the only way to visit the place was through tours of tourist groups. Not being possible to make private visits.
