  • The arrival is easy by dirt road accessible to any car, with road signposted. The stone is in the restaurant Zé Ovid. That's where you pay to go up. The trail is about 1 hour and you don't need a guide because it is easy. To access the top, will have few steps, I think about 4/5 of iron in a part of the stone, but it's pretty easy! Upstairs, will have a cruise and a chapel, as well as a spectacular view! On the descent, try snack of fried trout. Attention to days of operation, I think it's only us fds!

  • What a beautiful place! Reach for a bucolic and mto nice Ranch. There seems to be a restaurant, but I didn't stop to have lunch on it. The climb is long, are 2000 meters wax. The path is well don't be daft, although made in the shade and there is beautiful scenery, like a beautiful old wooden bridge. The top is the final challenge: to reach the plateau, it is necessary to climb a ladder fixed in stone and holding a rope. I don't think it's recommended for children, but certainly the adventurous will enjoy.

  • Leaving the Center follow the signs that indicate neighborhood "Cold Ground", there are few signs along the way indicating the Oven stone, if in doubt ask for the Restaurant Zé Ovid.  The stone of the oven is about 12 kilometres from the Centre, the access road is terrão beaten path, mostly does not need 4 x 4 vehicle, the road overall is in good condition, only a small patch at the end is what is uneven with many loose stones, but just go slowly. The starting point of the trail is inside a private property (the restaurant Zé Ovid), well-marked, well-kept and well signposted (R$ 5.00 per person). The trail is only uphill for most of the route (1 hour approx), at the end is a little climb at the stone seawall (very quiet), there is a handrail and steps to aid bubbling sinkers. The look of the top is very beautiful and rewarding, perfect for contemplacão and to take beautiful photos.  Take plenty of water, because the rise is pulled, a snack and a blouse, as gusty and it's cold up there. Upon returning from the eat lunch in the restaurant, the food is simple, homemade, heated in the stove wood, well seasoned, typical food from Grandma (R$ 35.00 per person/September 2016). The vegetables are fresh, grown in the backyard of the restaurant. Try the "Sorrel", super different and tasty.
