Where to stay in Goiania

High-quality and varied accommodation options exist throughout Goiania, with the main concentration located in the central district. Overlooking some of the nicest green areas, such as parks and zoos, you'll find a number of the more exclusive hotels with luxury rooms offering excellent views. Budget-conscious travelers will want to avoid the main touristy plazas and look for the pleasant hostels and smaller hotels located on the side streets. Move away from the center, and choice becomes more limited, though residential areas do include some rental apartments--ideal for those planning longer stays in Goiania.

  • When I went, there was not much on display. It was a cloudy day and few people flowed through the streets. In one of the rooms was an interesting exhibition of paintings that were reinterpretations of other works (put picture). I received the explanation that cannot be considered a museum because there is no fixed exposures.

  • Easy access. Eclectic: skates, skateboard, bicycle or on foot.

  • Just a single visit. But the atmosphere seemed safe and calm in your interior, because the close proximity of the Teatro Goiânia and Cultural Village are not attractive ". Very carefully! What I saw in the village: "alternative trade" stalls, snacks the old objects. However, I didn't see free/busy information of public restrooms and water fountains.

  • Underground between Avenida Anhanguera and 3 Street, behind the Teatro Goiânia, a nice big space waiting to be used. Great tourist spot little advantage/known.
