You will find Monument to the 3 Races standing an impressive 7 m (23 ft) tall in Praça Cívica, Goiânia’s political center. The monument depicts the historical raising of the cornerstone of the city, and the three bronze figures you will see pay tribute to the black, white, and indigenous people who unified to not only build the city but also form the genetic and cultural characteristics of the people of Goiás. Created by local artist Neusa Moraes in 1968, today it has become an important symbol of Goiânia and well worth a visit. • This morning in Goiânia was meet this monument. Is quite unique, with the three-man sculptures in natural size as you trying to erect a column.

  • I don't know if it's the fact that I view this direct monument, but I find it very annoying, thing that 5 minutes you see take the picture and don't have anything better to do, there are some snack bars on the sides of the square that has a few bad salted, not much ice cream soda and almost always without change, IE sucks

  • I don't even know who was your Creator or who did it, what it symbolizes, anything an immense work that just looking at it I've hit an enormous fatigue. Didn't like it one bit, I'm not aroused any feelings!
