  • Good option to purchase handicrafts and local food, you find better prices outside, many salt options. Must-visit for anyone who wants to take souvenirs. The air flow is weak r has no refrigeration, on hot days is bad to go.

  • I found the very normal compared to other market I've ever seen. The craft does not have many varieties and owners of shops won't let you feel like walking, address and are insisting to buy.

  • One of the handicraft centres and the like more complete in the Northeast. It's a huge space of small boxes where they sell everything (bed and table items, clothes, food, accessories, footwear etc.). Sellers expect you to haggle and are very active in the approach to customers, which I find annoying. Well worth getting to know, I want to go back!

  • It's a great public market you can find a lot of crafts and local souvenirs. This place is in the city center, so you should visit the historical city center as well. The cathedral is beside the market and is one of the biggest chuch in Brazil.
  • Good place to buy many things from Ceará!!!!
  • Good market place but not so much choice inside. All shops are selling more or less the same things.
  • If you like gift shops, this is the place, otherwise it's just a tourist trap with overpriced small gifts...
  • Lots and lots of cheap stuff i loved it
