I'm not sure why the name SAMBAQUI, whether on account of the region be and have natural accumulations of seashells (fossils), or by having several places of reference to samba from scratch. But the fact is that, regardless of the reason for the name, the place is fantastic, cosy, simple but good taste fantastic. Sunset, ahh the sunset! Simply beautiful. People vying for a place to photograph this spectacle of nature: gravidinhas, brides, debutantes spread on the beach in search of the best angle for the photos. I really enjoyed. For those who want to be closer to nature, Sabaqui is the place. For those who want a family or romantic, Sambaqui is the place. In love!

It's a beautiful beach offers visual, with many options of Crafts: porcelain, mosaic ... as well as restaurants, cafes and bars are very pleasant, with good service. Worth knowing, beyond the boats of the fishermen of seafood, many tourists make stop on this beach, dark, yachts, can be enjoyed. Great sunset.

Where to stay in Florianopolis

To get a true taste of the city's culture on your trip to Florianopolis, it's best to stay in the historical center on Santa Catarina Island. There you'll find plenty of accommodations--a significantly better selection than on the mainland--ranging from budget guesthouses and hostels to luxury hotels. Many guests, however, choose to take advantage of the island's charming nature by staying away from the city center, in the lakeside district of Lagoa da Conceição. For easy access to the best surf beaches on the island, stay a couple miles farther away at Mole Beach or Barra da Lagoa.
