Praia do Sueste, Fernando de Noronha

Enjoy the calm sea and gentle waves at Praia do Sueste, the southeast bay on Fernando do Noronha Island. Rich marine life provides plenty of snorkeling opportunities and three nearby islands await exploration. As one of the main feeding grounds for sea turtles, the area enjoys protection; expect a good deal of seaweed, and designated diving sites. The bay's mangrove forest represents a true rarity, seen nowhere else on an island. Explore the nearby fort, guarding the entrance to the bay where a Dutch squadron landed in 1629. • The Southeast is the best beach for diving in Noronha because marine life is abundant. For those who do not know how to swim, there are tabs that you tow on buoys to the areas where the coral reef/animals. In this part of the beach, the use of the life vest is mandatory for anyone stepping on and damaging the reef. This and other diving equipment can be rented on the spot. You can see sharks, giant turtles, lobsters, stingrays and many fish with ease. The beach is part of the National Marine Park, so it is necessary to take the membership card to get inside. The structure has cafeteria, bathrooms and shower, but on the beach there is no shade for shelter. The beach closes at 4:00 pm.

  • Despite being called out Sea Beach, Southeast proved a pleasant surprise. Excellent for buoyancy. Works up to four. Excellent for those who have children because the sea is calm. Just don't be alarmed with the sharks that are many, but harmless.

  • It is a beautiful beach that has access payment being nature reserve, is currently 195 real wholesale, children free. This ticket serves for 10 days of access and includes other beaches protected from the island. He is watching the turtles and corals and the 16 closed since appear large sharks.

  • Unique and unforgettable experience. You have to be prepared. You must pin for 400 metres with strong Crosscurrents before you can see: lobsters facing from their holes; large turtles that you almost touch and invite you to swim with them; fish of every size and color and if you're lucky a big shadow of tubarãu, the shark in portuguese brazilian. High waves. Thank goodness then the current helps you return to shore. Unique and unrepeatable.
