Praia do Sueste, Fernando de Noronha

Categories: Beaches, Nature & Parks, Outdoor Activities
Inspirock Rating:
4.6/5 based on 2,400+ reviews on the web
Enjoy the calm sea and gentle waves at Praia do Sueste, the southeast bay on Fernando do Noronha Island. Rich marine life provides plenty of snorkeling opportunities and three nearby islands await exploration. As one of the main feeding grounds for sea turtles, the area enjoys protection; expect a good deal of seaweed, and designated diving sites. The bay's mangrove forest represents a true rarity, seen nowhere else on an island. Explore the nearby fort, guarding the entrance to the bay where a Dutch squadron landed in 1629. For travelers who use our custom trip planner, Fernando de Noronha holidays become easier to arrange, with trips to the Praia do Sueste and other attractions mapped out and timetabled.

  • The place is nice, a beach with sand more b0yhell_, with aid station, with sales of souvenirs, clothes, foods, with rent of snorkel, fins, lifejackets (required there). Great ability to find shark, in fact I ran into one in the shallow, you can unintentionally (same). The water of the beach is the most blurred that I went (sancho, Bay of pigs, conceição, dog, porto, Islands ...). However, the marine fauna is richest, I was trying to get away from a lot of sardines for fear of shark, but it was impossible, I think it's worth a lot hahahaha the ride, but I don't think it needs to be the first to find a shark right off the bat can be a little scary.

  • Last bus stop with a really stunning! The trick is to get there early and enjoy the day, the beach closes early (4:00 pm). There is a good framework, being possible to snorkel floated!

  • Hot Beach stay, has the best PIC of the Park. It is here that most view the sharks. Has boinha ride with the local guides to see sharks and other marine animals. There's a part of restricted access. Located in the sea outside as the access point for the trail from praia do Leão, mirante das Caracas and trail of Abreus. The turtles of this beach are giant near the port. You can see sharks of shallow without entering the water.

  • A beach with a lot of turtels and if you are lucky, you can see sharks and other sea animals.
