Conceicao Beach, Fernando de Noronha

Beach Nature / Park
The closest thing to a private beach without actually being one, Conceicao Beach provides serenity and solitude under an expansive Brazilian sky. The tidal pools are full of life, and it’s not uncommon to see a local fisherman throwing nets over the top of them in hopes of snagging a catch before the birds do. While the fishermen are hard at work, you'll be discovering the meaning of paradise as you walk amongst the coconut trees that line the sand and sip on a cocktail from one of the cabanas where you'll watch the sun sink behind the blue waters. • The first beach that we meet in our arrival. Have a wonderful view of the Morro do Pico, with crystal-clear waters and calm waves, great for bathing. Sensational sunsets, it's worth the walk

Where to stay in Fernando de Noronha

The bad news is that, if you're on a budget, your trip to Fernando de Noronha might be starting to look a whole lot more expensive than you'd planned. Accommodations on the remote archipelago are understandably expensive, as all food and supplies have to be specially shipped in. All lodgings are on the largest island, Fernando de Noronha, which is the only one permanently inhabited in the archipelago. The majority of options consist of guesthouses and boutique hotels concentrated in the center of Vila dos Remédios, the island's town. However, look a bit farther outside of town and you can find some excellent eco-resorts and beachside accommodations.
