With its whitewashed walls, vivid blue doors, and gold-painted window frames, the museum building itself is as attractive as its contents. • The diamond Museum is named, but only one room dedicated to the topic. And it's a frustrating room: brings little information on the exploitation or about local mining history. Maybe the room more confusing and less interesting of the entire Museum. The other rooms have specific axes, but no obvious connection between them. You can view of ex-votos to typewriters. Another problem is that the identification of the Museum on the outside is not clear. Pay attention to the façade of the photo to identify him, next to the Cathedral, right in the central area. The collection has interesting pieces and, for being right in the Center, worth a stop by.

  • Diamond Museum entry is free. Same diamond you don't see much there, but has some very interesting goals to see some more of the story of Diamantina. Worth the visit!

  • The Museum is simple, small, but has very few objects in our history. Featured for some super old barrel piano. Worth it and you don't pay anything to enter.
