  • The smallest of churches at Dtna, is hidden behind the market, and passes almost unnoticed. There's a lot of architectural attraction if compared to other churches. The strokes are simple, no sculptures or shutters as the Rococo churches. Its worth a visit inside: the sacred images, documents, preserved and almost all have restored, and the Nativity scene made of shells, with nearly 250 years old. It was a church frequented by pregnant women (in NSAmparo, Tejuco was the protector of them), and in the tower you can still see the Bell of the Parthians who was played in the city after each birth.

  • It is interesting and inviting, and mainly on the grounds that you don't need to climb a flight of stairs to get there.

  • Like many of the churches of Diamantina, the Imperial Chapel of Amparo was closed when I visited the city, however, its charming facade deserved a parade for the photos. Simplicity that delights.
