The Yucumã is one of the most beautiful places of the RS that I've been, but few people know. It's not as famous as the canyons or lawn, but do not lose anything, because it is the largest waterfall in the world, are longitudinal drop 1, 8 km of extension. Check the best dates to visit, because if full period, you won't be able to see anything. The jump is on the State's debt with Argentina and within a reservation. Upon arriving at the entrance of the Park, are more 15 km dirt road, but the road was bad and it was very quiet. There's not a lot of structure coming on the scene, only toilets and places for barbecue. There is no sale of drink or food. There are trails on site, but we didn't find anything interesting in them (we made two). The place where the jump is very beautiful and you can actually walk "inside" of the Uruguay River. Is extremely relaxing and feel the water through the mist of the breaks between the stones. Although the Brazilian side has the best view, is what has less structure in comparison with the Argentine side. Still, worth the walk that takes in total about of 2-4 hours (depends on how much you will be admiring the landscape).

Despite the distance, dirt road, and lack of structure, it's worth it for the pictures and the memories, the pictures can't capture all the beauty of this place.

For those who like to contemplate the nature and its peculiarities, is a must. If this place was in the US or Europe, for sure, there would be more people interested in visiting. The view is incredible and you definitely walk inside the Uruguay River to meet the biggest fall of bit noisy on the planet (1, 8 km). The leap lies within a park, which you have to scroll through 10 miles of dirt road (not very good). The entrance to the Park is by car, somewhere around R $17.00. After 15 km, there are toilets, kiosks and grills, but there is no sale of drinks or food. There are two or three tracks to do, but I don't recommend it, because they are very dull. What is it really worth it is to visit the jump. The visit itself takes no more than 2 hours, however, the journey takes. The route between the city of Bayport until the Salto do Yucuma takes around 60 to 90 min. Recommend this visit as an additional point on your trip, in other words, it pays to visit more places and staying in any larger city (such as in the Argentine side, where the infrastructure is better), than in Bayport. Overall, the visit is a must, because there's no place like it on the planet.
