Modern, sophisticated and Museum with a differential for who's going with children: there is a space of play, where workshops, and also the child can play freely with educational games, draw on paper or chalkboard wall, play with sandbox. I found it respectful of children, since they cannot touch anything inside the exhibition halls. On Wednesdays, admission is free for everyone! Recommend a visit.

It's worth going through it and get to know, but the value of the ticket to enter and view the works, see no need (say for me that I don't like a lot of Arts)

The Museum is great. The range of exhibitions is vast and impressive. The structure of the Museum is breathtaking! The surprises range from floor with glass cover (that gives butterflies in your stomach to stay on top, lol) till branquíssimos and well-lit corridors (hard to describe the exuberance) that culminate in the great eye! The entry price is affordable, cheap! Be sure to visit! Is very worthwhile!

Absolutely impressive. The permanent exhibition itself is surely more than enough to impress any visitor. Well worth a visit. Make sure you go in the morning. In the afternoon it becomes ridiculously crowded. Also, take the opportunity to visit Bosque do Papa, which is right next to the museum.

An incredible designed museum, like most of Niemeyer work. This place is really worth to visit, the amazing architecture and the surroundings. There are exhibit rooms under the entrance floor, which is made of glass that lets you look through it. The art is not only in the works exhibited but also everywhere starting with the museum itself. Awesome!

The museum itself is very strange, like everything Niemeyer ever designed, but it's worth the visit. There's always at least one interesting exhibition, probably more than one. The workshops for children are great. The green area around it receives dozens of people with dogs on warm Sundays and is even nicer than the museum itself then. The café and the store are nice too, though expensive.

To visit this, you need to access the tunnel if the other museum first. Great expositions with deep meaning. Sit back and reflect, every sensation helps fruition.

Lovely and beautiful museum, offers excellent exhibitions in more than 10 spaces. The coffee place is expensive but very good.

Where to stay in Curitiba

Wherever you choose to stay in the city, you'll be able to get from place to place on your Curitiba itinerary in a breeze, thanks to the rapid bus transit system. Most higher-end hotels sit in or very close to the city center, especially along the pedestrianized main street of Rua XV de Novembro. Stay here if you want quick access to the best shopping strip in town. You can look slightly out of the center, in the neighborhoods of Batel and Seminário, to mingle with the city's posh crowd. Curitiba's continuing growth in popularity with younger tourists means you can now find any number of budget youth hostels, mainly concentrated in the center and inner suburbs.
