  • Built in mid-1882, was the first water tank of the State of Mato Grosso and behaved a million liters of water, which supplied several points in the city of Cuiabá. It was deactivated in late 1960, and transformed into a museum that houses temporary exhibitions of photographs and objects that tell your story. Among the rarities are the tubes of cast iron, records, faucets and showerheads.

  • The idea is excellent: the first water tower of the city become a museum. Like many other sights of Cuiabá, is a bit cornered. Anyway, I really liked the content of the Museum. the surroundings is also interesting, but very little explored. Free, worth the visit.

  • Museum of the old water tower has is a good thing to learn a little about the history of the city. Small, very beautiful architecture, free entry and exposure of a local artist.
