  • Artisan's House is a place where you can buy popular art with guarantee of origin. Is one of the few places where a tourist found the good and cheap together although there is price to suit all budgets. In addition to the sale of local products of the Mato Grosso and indigenous culture, there is a Museum, exhibition space and café. I can only highlight the service. Close early on Saturday-13 hours.

On Thursdays hold a gastronomic fair (bulixo) with lots of food and juices delicious brazilian cuisine. When will I take friends and family, because the environment is great to chat and relax. PS. Bulixo (Gastronomic Fair) takes place every Thursday from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm approximately.

Where to stay in Cuiaba

As a busy state capital and a major hub of commerce, Cuiaba provides a good selection of mostly mid-range hotels catering to budget visitors. Truly luxurious hotels are a rarity here, but you can choose from many decent establishments offering clean, bright rooms. Look for accommodations near downtown to stay close to the best shopping, dining, and entertainment options. For a more authentic visit, check out the city's pousadas (guesthouses), which often occupy one or more floors inside restored historical buildings.
