  • I like to travel behind football. Is to watch the games or meet stadiums. I went to the Arena Pantanal on a Wednesday morning. There is only 1 access which allows entry to visitors. Is at Gate 1. Is an underground entrance is on the side of the pool. Have to enter the street. Who is by car, you can park it inside. Soon at the reception, there is 1 person who accompanies us up the lawn. Is a free visit and quickly. But it's still interesting. Many people are complaining that they can't visit the stadium. It has to be through Gate 1.

  • Had great desire to meet the pantanal arena, one of the venues of the World Cup in Brazil, but to get there I've been disappointed. The place on the outside, appears to be abandoned, external parking, besides Gates broken and free access, all with concrete damaged already, full of weeds growing between the plates, places where apparently would be havens for cafeterias are plundered, system, with broken glass is very dirty. There's garbage all over the parking lot. In trying to enter the stadium had a surprise, this time good, there are some security guards inside the site that take you to get to know the arena inside (no cost), there we saw a very well-tended fields with beautiful lawn, some banks are already damaging, perhaps for lack of maintenance. The question about the presence of some children in the stands, the security guard who was showing us the place told us there at the stadium, in the cabins, is being used the space for a school that has students from ninth grade. The site has a very large potential but very poorly preserved if we think it cost a fortune to public coffers. Gave us a very great sadness and showed us a hard reality.

  • When you have the games arena is very good, but now at night has a variety of food for all tastes.

  • What a nice structure. I'm amazed with Front in Cuiaba 2016. Tech event with soccer feelings.

Where to stay in Cuiaba

As a busy state capital and a major hub of commerce, Cuiaba provides a good selection of mostly mid-range hotels catering to budget visitors. Truly luxurious hotels are a rarity here, but you can choose from many decent establishments offering clean, bright rooms. Look for accommodations near downtown to stay close to the best shopping, dining, and entertainment options. For a more authentic visit, check out the city's pousadas (guesthouses), which often occupy one or more floors inside restored historical buildings.
