The Estádio Alfredo Jaconi, is a football stadium inaugurated on March 23, 1975, during the centennial commemoration of the state's Italian Colonization, in Caxias do Sul, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil, with a maximum capacity of 30,519 people. The stadium is owned by Esporte Clube Juventude. Its formal name honors Alfredo Jaconi, who was a player, a manager and a director of Juventude during the 1930s and the 1940s.HistoryThe stadium construction started in 1972, ending three years later, in 1975, by the club's president at the time, Willy Sanvitto.The inaugural match was played on March 3, 1975, when Juventude and Flamengo drew 0-0.On April 4, 1975, the first goal of the stadium was scored by Sociedade Esportiva Palmeiras's player Ronaldo, when Palmeiras beat Juventude 3-0.In January, 1999, the construction of the cabins and of the bleacher coverings started. As of 2005, the first part of the reformation was almost completed.On June 21, 1999, the first leg of the Copa do Brasil final was played at the stadium. Juventude beat Botafogo 2-1. Juventude, after a draw in the second leg, won the competition.On February 16, 2000, the stadium was used for the first time in a Copa Libertadores de América match. Juventude beat El Nacional of Ecuador 1-0.

    The legendary Estádio Alfredo Jaconi, also known as caldron alviverde or Jaconera is the home of the most victorious Club from the interior of the RS. The Sport Club Youth of so many glories, Brazil Cup champion, undefeated, Brazilian Gaucho champion of Serie B and member of the first national division by 16 years, 13 of them consecutive. Is a stadium located near the Centre and close to the green lung of the city, Kill Samson. The stands are very close to the lawn which gives fans an insider's view of the show playing and great participation leading the team to many victories. Has bars operating in day games and a bar that is open daily in the courtyard parking lot. Has its own store of articles, Club officials to Talk Store is a small museum with the stories and important glasses. Nearby in the JU days there are several bars where they meet the alviverdes fans. Take the good spirit, dressed in green and white and will be very well received by jaconeros.     Alfredo Jaconi is, without doubt, the best stadium of the city. Well located, being in the heart of Caxias do Sul Esporte Clube Juventude's House is a great place to be. With amazing staff and a memorial with the achievements of the club it is possible to carry out a visit and learn a little about the history of football located. In days of games, are not rare extra field activities, like food trucks, themed bars, among other bands.
