  • To reach the Park is just looking for the same in Google Maps, it makes you uptight until the entrance to the Park. In addition, the signs indicate very well the path. The final stretch (approx. 3 km) is made by dirt road, conservation/middle-level quality, but it's worth being covered. You can only do the track if you arrive before 3:00 pm. The Park is well structured, with bathrooms, water fountains and a small museum. There is no snack bars, so take your own food. The only thing I found bad on the infrastructure is that the bathrooms don't have showers, and I think I should have because you track comes a little dirty/sweaty. If you want to walk around with blue stone, is going to have to do something about taste and visual (rs). The trail is only one, and go through all the points of the Park, in this order: waterfall, Cave of the sanctimonious, yellow wells and gazebo. To the Observatory are about 2,150 m, and I believe that has difficulty, depending on the level of average sedentary person. Anyway, if you get bored during the trail, can go only to the yellow wells (about 1,200 m, half of the way) and then go back, because, as I said, the track is the same. In my opinion the gazebo is the highlight of the tour. You can see the blue stone, the pico do Frade and the nun and even the Caparaó, in the distance. The look is spectacular and is very worthwhile. As a suggestion, down Lookout Mountain, stop at the wells yellows and relax in the natural pools, which has that name because of the yellowish color of the water, due to the presence of iron in it. Bath quietly, without problems. As a downside, only highlight the lack of information on this park. Read on sites that you need to call and schedule your visit, just call the numbers there's no answer or wrong number. We just went there because I was talking with a person who had been recently, and this information is simply out of date. It is not necessary to schedule a visit or call any number, is just get out there and ride! In addition, employee of the MOTTO, in charge of the Park, I was a little lost there because we did a lot of questions and she simply didn't know the answer. I didn't know if I shower in the bathroom, had water in natural pools (the volume may vary with the presence/absence of rains), etc. Despite this, these little annoyances are no match for the trail/vista you will have to visit the Park. He is very little published, should have more prominence within the State's tourism. We were in the middle of the holiday of Carnival and there were few people there. Be sure to visit it!

  • Located in the region of the Espírito Santo Mountains, more precisely in the town of Castle, the Forno Grande Park is ideal to go with family or friends. There, you can make tracks, which must be booked in advance. The view is lush!! You can see, and is very close, the Blue Stone. Worth a visit!

  • Due to the rains this winter, lots and lots of flowers, birds, and shadow good! 45 min trail (one-way) to the pools or 1:30 (one way) to the Observatory. After walking just go on the high Caxixe. Orolatte, Quinta dos Manacás, coffee collective, Altezza brewery ...
