Prainha Beach, Caraguatatuba

(420 reviews on the web)
Beach
Prainha Beach offers calms seas and warm sands in a peaceful setting far from the tourist crowds. Shallow waters and small waves breaking against the sand make this beach a favorite of families with small children, who can easily learn how to swim here. You can also explore a short but fairly steep trail, leading up to a series of overhanging cliffs, which offer a sweeping view of the sea and the beach immediately below. Several food kiosks operate right on the sand, but you can also find a few restaurants not far from the beach. Also nearby is a small square with a water fountain and plenty of parking space for beachgoers arriving early in the day. • We spent 5 days in Caraguatatuba 3 days I have to say we were there because the beach has no waves and is shallow, has kiosks next and a market next to the beach, in addition to the beach is not very big, so it's easier to keep track of where the kids are, just don't nominate if you are with kids trying to get into the stone of the alligator because the trail is a little slippery and not indicated for those who have children in her lap.

  • So little space that you practically divides the beach umbrella with the neighbors of the kiosks. I hated it and I went to another Beach, but the beach is fairly nice and clean.
