Palmeiras Beach, Caraguatatuba

(65 reviews on the web)
Beach
One of Caraguatatuba’s 17 beaches, Palmeiras Beach is a long stretch of sand suitable for leisurely morning walks. The water here can be quite rough, so surfing is not recommended to inexperienced visitors. There are several shallow pools of warm water right along the sand that may be suitable for families with small children. Plenty of parking is available in a number of spots along the waterfront, but this secluded part of the coast does not include lots of tourist facilities. Be sure to bring plenty of sunscreen when you come, as well as enough water and snacks to last you the entire day. A visit to Palmeiras Beach represents just the start of the adventure when you use our Caraguatatuba holiday planner to plot your vacation.

  • Excellent beach for relaxation at the end of the day to anyone who enjoys running and cycling is a great place because much of the bikeway passes through it and if you're staying around is a great option. You can make a picnic with the family and even throw a ball with friends. Does not have this beach, more kiosks the beaches as do Indaiá and Aruan which are next has, besides he's very close to the new Mall in the city.

  • Is better cared for, with increased infrastructure for tourist service, but you can't classify as good.

  • Quiet beach, ideal for those days you don't want to stay in the hostel of the other beaches. Very clean water, frequented by families.
