  • There are several falls that you have access to climbing the rocks beside the falls, slips a little, but who has no trouble being around goes up without problems. Has a good infrastructure, with wc, restaurant and bar-b-q! Parking lot and a large grassy area. Is paid access to the site, and do not accept card!

  • The place is fantastic. Waterfalls and natural pools. Natural hydromassage. Fishes at his feet. Crystal clear water. But not everything is perfect. Take mosquito repellent because the black flies do not forgive.

  • Must go place if you visiting capitolio. the price R$ 35 is ok if you consider the amount of waterfalls and pools you can enjoy for the price. one thing that i didnt like there were the lack of information about the place. the guy who were taking care of the place just wanted the money and us to sign the responsibility paper. mid way up, you can climb the waterfall and can go to other 2 or 3, just a little bit dangerous to go up.
  • Nice local
  • Tip
  • top.........
  • We left the House (230 km) in three cars to meet the waterfalls on the last day of the year. We got there, it was raining and yet we decided to up the roads. Had several cars stuck in there and many returning, saying that not cleared to enter because of the lack of security, and I agree. But do not put a sign indicating whether the location is available, right at the beginning of the route so people don't run risk of jamming and damaging their cars for nothing, I found a tremendous lack of respect. Anyway, nearby there are dozens of waterfalls and our trip was not lost.

Where to stay in Capitolio

Given the general focus on outdoor activities, rooms in Capitolio tend to be pretty simple, and services basic. Save on costs by foregoing a room with a view, or avoid the main, purpose-built hotels of the urban area. If you do stay by the reservoir, expect to pay a higher price for some pretty spectacular views across the water. Heading a little farther out of town can also keep prices down, although some resort-style accommodations also lie in the remote areas, occupying big sites with abundant natural charm.
