Theme Park
Dress warm for Parque Tematico Mundo Gelado because it is as warm as the inside of a freezer and for good reason. This is to keep the ice couches, chairs, and swans from melting in the Brazilian heat. The park is a short indoor tour of ice sculptures depicting famous sites around the country, as well as familiar domestic items--hot cocoa on the ice sofa, anyone? Visit the souvenir shop for ice-themed gifts. • The frozen world is an interesting ride just for the experience of staying a few minutes in a room with about of -20° C, the value of the ticket is relatively expensive, because the ride is short, a room with some ice sculptures, some ice sofas where you can sit and take pictures after the cold room has a cafe (serving the best hot chocolate I took in Lawn) and then a room with really interesting army items. The problems in my opinion are: the guide that distributed the coats before access to the room was extremely rude and impatient, at the beginning of the tour warned that we could stay as long as we wanted in the room, but as we were the last to leave, was in a mood in waiting at the door. And other than the room is really small, there's not much to look at, is more to enjoy the cold.

  • The frozen world is a very cold place, relatively small and with some ice sculptures, some statues, -20° C, the ticket costs R$ 38.00 and goes for 2 attractions: the world gelato and Captain Jack. There's no half price. When we bought the ticket we hope some 20 minutes till we were led to a room where they were provided an overcoat and gloves. Assitimos a video that tells a little story (which is very very to child even), and then entered the ice cream place. After taking pictures, we go to a room where you leave your coats and are directed to the House of Captain jack. There are several miniatures of planes articles related to war and miniatures of ships like the titanic and the Black Pearl (from the film pirates of the Caribbean). Who is curious to know how the intense cold worth checking out, I just think that the value of the ticket could be smaller.

  • The pictures posted ... I expected more ... the site really is very cold, but the place is super small a "tour" of 10 min and expensive.

  • Duration: 30 min for my walk cost for 2 adults and 1 child (jan/2017): $ $ what we think of the tour: reasonable. Basically it is a location with low temperature and some ice sculptures. So far so good, that's what's advertised even. The negative points are: you have to wait long to get in, about 20 minutes, because the capacity is very limited. The tour begins in an antechamber to get used to the cold, where you grab a coat and is passed an "instructional video" of 5 minutes simply ridiculous. After, the Guide gives a few more instructions (it's been 10 minutes ...) and finally you enter in a cubicle that should not have even 10 m overall length and "walks" by some 5 minutes within the site. If you're more excited as I can bend over backwards to stay some 10 minutes at the site to take some pictures, because there's not much to see if you like different things, is a trip to Nice, but too short and too expensive for what it offers. If you have already bought a ticket in advance, take advantage of the minutes that are there, but if you didn't buy, DO NOT RECOMMEND.
