  • If you are in town for few hours, stop by Parque das Nacoes Indigenas. It is the perfect place to go for a walk to enjoy lots of green, birds such as toucans and macaws and capybaras, the largest rodent in the world. This journey won't cost you a dime and is located within walking distance from the main city mall. If you are lucky to be there by dusk, then, don't forget to watch the sunset while drink coconut water or the terere tea inside the bull's horn. You won't regret!
  • The place is big and calm, but there's not a lot to see besides the capibaras (there are dozens of them!), and it feels a little abandoned. It's a good place to run.
  • Quiet, pleasant place for jogging or just walking to contemplate Campo Grande skyline. You are very likely to meet several families of capybaras who might come really close to you. I always come back to visit the Museu do Índio (Indian Museum) - they have a guide who speaks English.
  • Peaceful....
  • Very Beautiful and clean!
