  • I expected more crafts indeed. More like a souvenir shop, but with a short range of items. Nothing you couldn't find in Mercado Municipal for better price. Entered with the willing to buy something lo...  more »
  • I visited on a Saturday morning. The space, a former building reformed and well suited for the exhibition, pleases handicraft. Good parts, it seems to me that some are unique in the region. Have for every budget but with some R $80 if you take a good sample home. However one should comment on the service. There was no reception only an automated response to my compliance. No one came to us, not even when asked for information about a work that I thought I'd take. The answer came from the Chair that I saw when I walked in and so was my way out. I feel by artists who are represented: beautiful but there must be a better place to buy!

  • Got crafts? Has. But there's not much variety, not quantity, and of higher quality are expensive. We went to the craftsman House willing to bring a souvenir of our trip, but the only thing that caught my attention were the flowers of Xaraés (these really beautiful). Falls far short of the crafts that you find in any capital of the Northeast. I really wanted to bring some little something that had the capybara as subject (they are in town), but there was nothing the retract it. Literally looked all in about 5 minutes. Thrills and just not worth the visit if you don't move until then only for that.
