Several options but not all pools are heated children's difficult a little. But overall it is a good choice of entertainment within the city and hotels partners.

Honestly, had everything to be an enjoyable experience! But in the lobby, I passed by a constraint on the day 05 unacceptable August arrived at caldas with a group of 14 people Sunday 06 went to the Park and I have nothing to complain too much unlike employees with goodwill and efficiency in attendances. The day 07 we decided to get back to the Club, which until then had been pleasant. To reach the Concierge was embarrassed by the clerk who asked to check what was in my bag, yes there was cracked and the same soft drinks reported that could enter only with water, the day before had entered with the same items without suffering any annoyance. Beauty returned to the hotel with my 3 year old daughter and I left the sodas. When passing through the turnstile for the second time the same employee searched my bag again and this time, did not allow my ticket for having a cookie stuffed with my daughter (I would understand how do you explain to a child that I'm going to take this cookie?), this time I lost my temper. The people passing by were staring at me as if I were a criminal, my kids looking at me, I've been exposed to ridicule. I decided not to stay in the Park, and don't swallow the humiliation, as all my husband's family was at the Park and he'd like to be with them (everyone had already bought their inputs) asked for help from the Manager of the hotel where she was staying he promptly picked up the phone and get in touch with Claudia Park Manager, she authorized the entry of cracked and we returned to the Park. But trust me on my third attempt to enter the Park ordered the bag again. Serious?? Huh?? Didn't believe in that situation. After a discussion the Manager came and freed my entry. Honestly it was frustrating the "Club was closed the Water pools were cold and dirty and believe me it's not over there, in the late afternoon we were leaving to go though my brother-in-law who wears glasses in strong degree, was with us and didn't see the glass door (no adhesive) Ordinance that was closed so ran into a door the same had enormous eyebrow cut right and do you know what the employee did present? Laughed, made jokes!! On the day we were Manager 08 served by another employee who told us it was going to review the situation but I couldn't do anything. To that I attended on the site all the answers "are ready" I wish something was done. And I look forward to the internal regulations of the Club. But I'm looking for so far the law that bolsters the Club searching backpacks at the entrance of the Park.

I really enjoyed this aquatic park. Although not huge like the hot park has several interesting attractions. Has a very good area for children. Recommend.
