  • Amazing convent of black S Antonio. The church has an interior you would not expect on such a remote location. During times of slavery this place probably had a more established role in the area over ...  more »
  • Despite the difficulties that the friars who live in the convent facing to restore the building, it's a great ride. We did a tour, too. The building is very old and beautiful.

  • set of Church and convent of Santo Antônio is located in the city centre, on high ground. Two belvederes existing in the circulations of the thin first floor, enjoy beautiful views of the sea and the countryside. Its facade is of stone, is focused on the arm of sea that separates the islands of Boipeba and Cairu.

  • Wonderful construction. The convent was the third built in Brazil in the second oldest city. Has its features preserved but there is still a large proportion to be restored. The set is beautiful and you are approved an old brother very nice. A tip. Don't take the guides of the dock, because little know and charge a lot for just 10 minutes of explanations (lack preparation). In the convent there are tabs
