  • The beach is small but doesn't get crowded, the sand is clean and the water clear and warm. Near the beach you can do the zip line or ride by speedboat.

  • The beach is very clean, just be careful cuz the water when you least notice is deeper and is a little hectic! The bar is really good! and the zip line is super cool!

  • The beach is a beauty! We went from João Pessoa-PB for there, the journey lasted 2:30 There are two kinds of access to the beach. The first (shorter than the Br in 10 km but faster) you have a lovely view by the sea, is the toll road of P. (R $10.00). The second option, 20 minutes faster, but longer than the first 10 km is the BR 101. To the toll of Suape (R$7,00) and after the entrance to the Turnpike has a return that makes the road to Calhetas. We went for the first path and back for the second. I confess that the best option is the second way that despite being a little bit longer, becomes faster down the road be empty and. It's worth pointing out that the access to the beach is a little dirt road, no biggie, it's bearable the 10 minutes we spent on it. We parked where all visitors Park, is not a large place but it worked, but the advice is get there early to get a place best for your car. The path from the parking lot to the beach consists of a hill of stones, with handrails to hold! The beach is a unique beauty. The strip of sand is short, but it's not something that spoil your stay. The zip line ride (straight down at sea-53 ha.and 25 ha beside), and speed (R$15,00-with a bath in the open sea), made the visit to Calhetas even more special. I suggest looking at the tide of day of the visit before scheduling the trip to this beach, we took advantage of the tide on low and it was delicious. When the tide is not very good to take a shower because the sea is violent and the site has rocks, beyond the sea take the whole strip of sand. We stayed at the Bar of Arthur, who has a good structure of tables on the sand and also restaurant/bar, the bar is pretty big. We experienced both forms at the bar. We were first on the tables of the sand and then we went up to the bar, was very quiet. The music of the bar is good, played music, soul, reggae. About the food, we ordered two dishes, plus soda (KS) and seafood soup. We were 5 people and the account was real 45 per person, good huh? About the craft stores have only seen a, but we don't. I hope to help more people to enjoy this paradise!

  • Access is by a dirt road/bumpy sand. On the edge of the beach two or three kiosks (is a very small beach, so the "few" options). Have to pay for parking (Valet Parker, 5 dollars). And the beach itself, while beautiful, is very tight and has great depth in a few meters. Recommend for snorkeling. But even for bathing, who can't swim right may be afraid with the depth of the water, even though no waves. We stayed in Porto de Galinhas. The tours of the South coast, I think sheep and Maragogi (Praia de Antunes) worth it anymore: most beautiful, wide beaches, and conditions of access.

  • Without doubt one of the most beautiful beaches of the State of Pernambuco. It is located in the municipality of Cabo de Santo Agostinho, 37 km from Recife, on the South coast of the State. Is a small Bay decorated by big rocks that surround the coast leaving the heart-shaped Beach for those who look at her from above. It's a nice option for whoever is in Porto de Galinhas. As a downside, the access road and the high price of the bars.
