Categories: Wildlife Areas, Nature & Parks
Inspirock Rating:
4.3/5 based on 550+ reviews on the web
The warm waters of Areia que Canta are a phenomenon of warm, mineral-rich pools that reside in a landscaped park. The park walk to the pools hums with life and radiant green color. You have a limited amount of time to swim in the pools, so make the most of it and enjoy the rejuvenating waters. Pick up some of the pool's sand and rub it between your fingers; you'll find it makes a strange noise. Your tour through the park is guided and timed, so plan to have a long meal outside the park grounds.  To visit Areia que Canta and other attractions in Brotas, use our Brotas family vacation planner.

  • I went with my wife to meet. Concierge staff very polite and industrious. We walk to the spring. The guide was very polite. The place is worth. Is very nice and a unique experience. The downside up at reception q is next to a small shop. Off and bit nice.

  • Tour very interesting and very beautiful place! The children loved swimming in the spring and see the sand friction in the hands.

  • The "singing sand" is an interesting geological formation which worth knowing. However, price is high if you do not intend to use all the infrastructure.
