Very nice waterfall with rappelling. The descent of rappelling costs R $30. The trail is about 1 km with some stretch a little difficult for people with reduced mobility, children or "best age". Sunscreen, hat, light clothes and sneakers are recommended, especially tennis, which is required. Parking costs $10 (cash only) per car, including vans. Look down and up the trail in groups because of the security. Particularly, I've never seen anything, but I've heard of assault there. Weekend the farofa is strong, but arriving early get more vacant. Too much garbage in the waterfall. Please collect your garbage and, if you can, take a small bag up the trash of others. Otherwise: good ride and have fun!

Access by the DF-140, then by a dirt road (2 km). There is a parking garage which costs R $10.00. Then follow the trail (approx. 2 km). The trail to the waterfall is always down. There are many stones. I went sandal and it took me a few slips. A sneaker would be more appropriate. Coming closer to the waterfall, has a makeshift ladder, but there is no protection bars. I found this somewhat dangerous access and not recommend for children or animals. The waterfall is beautiful. Really worth it. We were lucky to get it empty, gave us a sense of hidden treasure. There are no lifeguards. The part just below the water fall is shallow. The back is always going up and quite tiring. Recommend a visit.

Where to stay in Brasilia

Choosing where to stay during your trip to Brasilia can be somewhat difficult. Due to the city's distinctive layout and lack of a historical "center," accommodations have developed in clusters. By far the best range of options surrounds the distinctive green space of Jardim Burle Marx, in the city's two planned hotel districts. You can also find a good selection of lodgings around Vila Planalto, the city's designated political district, which sits not far from Brasilia's main lake. Wherever you decide to stay, make sure it's within reasonable distance of a metro station or bus stop--you'll want good access to public transport in order to easily navigate the city.
