Where to stay in Brasilia

Choosing where to stay during your trip to Brasilia can be somewhat difficult. Due to the city's distinctive layout and lack of a historical "center," accommodations have developed in clusters. By far the best range of options surrounds the distinctive green space of Jardim Burle Marx, in the city's two planned hotel districts. You can also find a good selection of lodgings around Vila Planalto, the city's designated political district, which sits not far from Brasilia's main lake. Wherever you decide to stay, make sure it's within reasonable distance of a metro station or bus stop--you'll want good access to public transport in order to easily navigate the city.

  • This Indoor sporthal is mainly used for indoor football, basketball and volleyball, but also often also as a concerthall for popular bands. It can hold almost 17.000 spectators.  more »
  • This Gym is part of the sports complex of Brasília, joining the National Stadium Mané Garricha more Aquatic set. Nílson Nelson which gives its name to the Gymnasium was a a sportswriter who died at 49 Gaucho years of age and who have always championed by capital sports. Hence the tribute. The Nilson Nelson Gymnasium could be among the best in Brazil by your bold architectural design. Its central location is unrivaled. Has already suffered two or 3. What is missing in it, next-generation screens, including an impressive sound system. In the past, it was the home of the great shows held in Brasilia. Hosted the Royal Ballet of London and other major theatre companies, dance and other such. Its stands should have padded seats and backrests of first. Their parking lot is very large, but very dimly lit and with little security

  • You can't say it's a pleasure to attend, but has the necessary structure for sporting events. Shortage of screens and the sound was horrible in the NBB game of the day Jan 14.
