The Palácio da Alvorada is the official residence of the President of the Republic. This is a beautiful architectural work, which fills the eyes of the visitor. The view from the outside is very beautiful, but the ideal is to schedule the visit (toll free) and see up close and in detail this beauty. The scheduling is done directly on the website of the Presidency of the Republic and occurs only on Wednesdays. Did the scheduling and I went up there and check it out! Through the metal detector and were placed on a bus. The House is really beautiful, sober, spacious and nicely decorated. The gardens are very pretty too. For those visiting our beautiful capital is unmissable ride!

far from everything and everyone, isolated by the Lake, there's nothing to see that you don't see better pictures. Nobody shows up there walking with the presidential dogs, don't kid yourself.

The official residence of the President currently is empty, but you can visit for any photographs external daylight to enter the Palace just in days of Wednesday (if not mistaken), otherwise, only the outside is accessible.

Amazing and unique style Palace in the world, designed by the genius Oscar Niemeyer, place where Dilma Rousseff is living at the moment as she is waiting to be judged in the impeachment case, Strong women that I highly admire, the best world cup and Olympics ever was perfectly organised because of her hard work also all major corruption scandals being investigated and riches going to jail during her mandate is thanks to her. things didn't work well for her because of the political moment her mandate have been through...

It is one of the most characteristic places of the Brazilian Capital. The maintenance of the gardens and buildings are flawless. I think they catch up the best professionals available in the country to do so :)

Where to stay in Brasilia

Choosing where to stay during your trip to Brasilia can be somewhat difficult. Due to the city's distinctive layout and lack of a historical "center," accommodations have developed in clusters. By far the best range of options surrounds the distinctive green space of Jardim Burle Marx, in the city's two planned hotel districts. You can also find a good selection of lodgings around Vila Planalto, the city's designated political district, which sits not far from Brasilia's main lake. Wherever you decide to stay, make sure it's within reasonable distance of a metro station or bus stop--you'll want good access to public transport in order to easily navigate the city.
