Rio do Peixe, Bonito

(1,200+ reviews on the web)
Farm
A leading destination for ecotourism and adventure, Rio do Peixe provides an unforgettable experience. Starting off from Fazenda Água Viva, a 3,218 m (2 miles) hike takes you on one of the most scenic routes in Bonito. The lush forest is impressive, but the main attractions are the numerous waterfalls, pools, and submerged caves formed along the river. Jump, dive, or zipline into the cool water, teeming with fish. Back at the farmhouse, after a delicious feast of local delicacies, the slightly eccentric owner “calls” brightly colored macaws and monkeys, which you can hand feed. • One of the best tours of Nice. Several waterfalls, trampolines, zip line, observation of fish. At the end you can still take a picture with Lara (a blue ararara) and various monkeys.

  • Excellent ride. The more fun and interesting than I did in Bonito. Long trail but easy. Several waterfalls for shower and contemplation. There are parrots and monkeys used to tourists who appear to interact. Recommend bringing glasses/diving for fish in the clear water of the rio do peixe.

  • Amazing rides, friendly guides, a hammock area great for rest after lunch, which by the way is very sick and the best, in my opinion, is made in the wood-fired stove.

  • We were seeing 1, 2, 3 ... waterfalls. We stopped at last and shower between dozens of large Piraputangas. For a small and short track I went to see a hole in the ground where there was a lake inside. Had we jumped inside. We came back and stopped at the first waterfall. Bath again and this time we swam to the waterfall and exceeded the waterfall into a cave full of stalagmites and dripping water. Magical place.

  • Worth knowing, I was on 21 January 2017 with my wife and we participated in the Group of Luciana, sensational tour guide. For me that I'm terrified of water and can't swim, found in an exceptional professional, extremely Luciana careful with the whole group and giving a special attention to me and more 02 members of the group in the same situation as mine. Really helped overcome some traumas, got into all the waterfalls, I just don't have the heart to do the Zipline ... but also there would be too much ... lol ... hug to Luciana and everyone ...
