  • Recanto Ecológico Rio da Prata is at the top of the recommendations, is without doubt one of the must-see tours of Beautiful MS. in addition to the natural charms and local structure, the guides give all support doing this unforgettable experience! Important details: access is still a little tense on rainy days "because roads are not paved, so enjoy the landscape and if you're lucky you will find toucans amongst other lover on the way. If the weather is cloudy/drizzling, go anyway, you will be surprised! Oh! In fact know how to swim is not a priority, the neoprene clothes makes you float like a charm and the life jacket gives a charm to more rs, as an option, the full face masks for rent location R $15.00 optimizing the time of adjustment. Simply: I Loved! Híter thanks for the love! =)

  • The tour is fantastic, it's about 40 minutes from the city of Bonito-MS, (BR of access is being paved, with only some 10 km to finish, when it's over will be even faster) when is booking the tour play the first time, which is the 7:30 in the morning because it takes advantage of more the rays of the Sun on the River, and if the time change from noon onwards, has enjoyed the ride! prepare yourself for spending, beautiful does not almost anything at low cost, this tour costs an average of R$220,00 per person, lunch, with lunch if you want add R$54,00 per person, it's worth a lunch there, is good. The rent of the GoPro is R$83,00, so if you have, take your! The tour begins with a walk of approx 40 min, super quiet, and buoyancy begins in source of the Olho d ' água, which is much lighter than the Rio de la Plata where he reaches, I know there's no way to choose the tab, but we were directed by Sérgio Reis , fine people. The ride lasts some 3 hours in total, with the walk more buoyancy and tire well, don't prepare anything else on the same day, unless you get very little time in the city and want to enjoy everything at once.

  • Beautiful ride, site with exuberant nature and clear water. Well trained guides to give all the necessary support to visitation. Concern with security. In addition to the initial walk, the tour includes the fluctuation in the eye of water which is an amazing experience, it's worth it. After the ride, worth lunch on site, great food. We recommend

  • Amazing fluctuation and place! You must go!
  • Wonderful place, restaurant and services! The guides are prepared, gently and very polite (specially the guide Renata)!!!
  • About 1:30 drive from Bonito. Going we went mostly paved roads, on the way back mostly dirt roads. Our driver from Bonitour was Junior, very funny and friendly. Rio da Prata is a snorkeling trip down a small river that has its beginning on the farm that hosts the reception area. After getting a neoprene suit, diving mask and snorkel, there is a 10 minute drive and then a 10 minute hike to the beginning of the river itself. The trip is about 2:30 hours of snorkeling down the river, basically floating down the river (the activity is called flutuação in portuguese) together with the fish that live there, which are about 1-2 feet in length. The fish get very close, definitely worth having an underwater camera with you (they rent GoPros at the recpetion area). After coming back to the reception area they serve an excellent lunch, local fare, all very good -the banana dessert was my favorite. On the way back our van stopped by at "Buraco das Araras", which is a separate trip and one either spends time in their hammocks, or goes on the short (1 hour) trip itself.
  • This is on my top list of crazy places to visit in Brazil. Rio da prata is a snorkeling activity that you will remember. The water is crystal clear!!!
  • Simply fantastic. I recommend it.

Where to stay in Bonito

The main town in Bonito provides a good range of accommodations to suit diverse tastes and budgets, with everything from luxury resort-style hotels to backpacker-friendly hostels dotting the gridded urban area. Heading east out of the main town, a few remote pousadas (guesthouses) lie along the course of the Rio Formosa. Pre-booking is essential, particularly during peak season (July and December to March), because of the relatively small number of options available for an ever-growing demand.
