Bombas Beach, Bombinhas

(4.1/5 based on 950+ reviews on the web)
Bombas Beach is a 2 km (1.2 mi) stretch of white sand and crystal clear waters, which range from a deep blue to emerald green. The unusual name Bombas Beach--or "Beach of Bombs"--is said to come from the Azorean explorers who discovered the region. The explorers heard the rumbling of waves through the jungle and mistook it for explosions. Along the beachfront, you will find plentiful restaurants and shops, should you find yourself lacking any supplies. Bombas Beach is just one of the many highlights you can arrange to see using our online itinerary creator, Bombinhas Edition.

  • Pumps beach is a beautiful beach, with views of its rounded stones that have given it its name, as I understand. The beach has a medium waves, compared to Marshal. The only thing I did not like, is that sewage smell, that even though the sea is very big, detract from your entire environment, at least in my humble opinion feels.
