  • It is a wonderful place! But the wine garden doesn't open until weekend and we were disappointed. Also, during the wine tasting, it could have been more kinds of wine to try, not only 4.  more »
  • Beaultiful place, good price and lovely garden to appreciate red wine. The Wine Garden is perfect to enjoy the sunset and spent time with a friends.  more »
  • One of the best wineries in Brazil. Guided tour was just ok, but is a must go in Bento. Recommended. Buy a Miolo Lote 43 if possible, can't go wrong.  more »

  • We arrived, my girlfriend and I, to the Wine Garden following a statement conveyed in what lies beneath about the places to visit in the Carnival. At the entrance we get confused, because there was no indication of reception or place where we could get information on how to work the site. We headed to the awning where apparently operated a restaurant and officials. The attendant then reported that the reception was right there but, due to the large number of people who visited the winery that day there were no blankets, pallets, gazebos or tables and who had lost the control regarding the use of these facilities. After looking, we found a newly vacated table. We accommodate and left then for "line of chips for the crumb decided to create your own monopoly, where exchange their real ballots for chips of different values (only these are accepted in the bars and restaurants). Chips purchased for beverage and food that I intended to eat during the period that would be there (the Council clerk, not to spend again for the first line), so I went to the long "line of drink". I ordered a sparkling wine that came without glasses. Asked then about them and between running, an employee reported that were no longer available. The same washed two acrylic tumblers so that I could "enjoy" my bubbly kernels. After 1 hour we can, finally, cups. After a few minutes I decided to get the food and the information I received was: pizza (plate size) would take 1.5 hour ... any other food was out of the question, because the kitchen was closed for half an hour. Reason? Excessive requests. Only I didn't leave on time because I bought the "money kernels" and had to spend it. After the reopening of the kitchen, we ask the dish we planned (since) request. We left frustrated, stressed out, thwarted and a lot of "banked". "p" of life. Final considerations: no signs or guidance on the garden upon arrival.  The attendants are extremely hardworking and polite (especially Karina, which before long became virtually alone in view of the crowd), but in insufficient number. The food is not anything more expensive. The drink has an incompatible value for being in the backyard of the supplier. The high price wouldn't be a problem if the service offered was consistent with the same. Positive point: the place is beautiful. Note: the chip system adopted is the most inefficient I've ever seen. Instead of the consumer trade the money for direct plug of the product, the plug of the exchange value of the note. In this way, uses employees who could act and makes the floor with change of virtual money. That is, does not facilitate the attendance.
